Return and Refund Policy

At ES-MEO DERM, we strive to provide high-quality products, but we understand that sometimes returns may be necessary. Please read through our return and refund policy for more information.

Returns:

  • We accept returns within 7 days from the date you receive your order.

  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging.

  • Some products are non-returnable, such as personal care items or opened skincare products, for hygiene and safety reasons.

How to return an item:

  1. Contact our customer service team at sameermemon937@gmail.com or call us at 0327 3497401 within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order number, the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  3. We will guide you through the return process and issue a return label if applicable.

Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item.

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.

  • Refunds may take 7-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Non-refundable items:

  • Gift cards

  • Items on sale or discounted offers

  • Opened or used products

Exchanges:

  • We currently do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at sameermemon937@gmail.com or call 0327 3497401. We will assist you in arranging a return or exchange.
